French Open champion Iga Swiatek of Poland needed just 62 minutes to topple No. 2 seed Belinda Bencic of Switzerland and claim the Adelaide International title in Southern Australia on Saturday.
It's the second career title for the fifth-seeded Swiatek, 19, who won 6-2, 6-2. Swiatek never dropped a set in either of her title runs and lost just 22 total games in five matches this week.
Swiatek, the fifth seed, gave up just six points on serve during the match and won 20 of 22 first serve points.
Bencic, 23, fell to 4-7 in WTA finals with the loss.
Swiatek will rise to a career-best No. 15 when the new world rankings are released on Monday.
